Ways to reduce calories in the body..

Those who are overweight need to burn fat and come to their ideal weight.The process of losing weight requires fewer calorie intakes.Here is the look at the ways to reduce calories:



-Add more vegetables to your diet.The more you take vegetables into your daily meal,the fewer calorie intake and this will help to cut down on the calorie count.
-Avoid stacking in between meals.This is where all the calories lie and you can see yourself gaining weight by snacking while on a diet.
-When u buy any dairy products,choose the low fat ones.
-Body calories can be considerably reduced by regular exercising.
-Don't eat out too often.Food at take-aways and restaurants are loaded with calories and that's why they r so tasty.Get off such food and get into home cooking.
-When u take food,eat food in right proportions.
    As i have seen somewhere in best selling book "Don't lose your mind,Lose your weight",the four cardinal principles of eating are to eat something within the first 10-15 min. of waking up,eating every 2hours,eating more when you are active and less when u are not;and finishing your last meal at least 2hours prior to sleeping.
