ARMs Schedule


Arm Explosion

Huge Monster Set

Preacher Curl (with bench flipped opposite way) - 15 reps
Band Pushdowns - 30 reps

Incline Dumbbell Curl - 8 reps (twist 5, then 4 more)
Band Pushdowns - 30 reps
Drag Curls - 15 reps
Overhead Rolling Band Press - 30 reps

Repeat for 5 killer sets

Forearms/Abs Super-set
Forearm Curls - 20 reps
Ab Wheels - 20 reps
Repeat for 4 sets





Arms 

Bicep Triset
Straight bar curls - 28 method (7 normal reps, 7 slow reps up and down, 7 half reps from the bottom, 7 half reps from the top)
Reverse curl on preacher bench - 28 method
Incline dumbbell curl -28 method
4 sets

Then:

Tricep Triset
Band Pushdowns - 50 reps
Weighted Bench Dips - 25 reps
Skullcrushers - 20 reps
Repeat for 4 sets
